   Santa Fe Co-Location Feasibility with DWS.

6. DWS One Stop Integration Meeting - Discussion/Action
   Due to problems with the DWS facility on De Vargas, the Board has postponed co-location of the Santa Fe One Stop with the DWS office in Santa Fe. At the same time, DWS is initiating One Stop Integration discussions on January 10 with the four local boards at an all-day meeting in Albuquerque. This item will report on the DWS Integration meeting and on the issues involved in future co-locations, including options and time frames. The Board's MOU with DWS will need to be amended.
   
   
7. Current MOUs under Discussion
   The Board has three MOUs drafted and awaiting response from co-signatory agencies: NMDVR, NMHSD, and Commission for the Blind. With NMSU taking over the TANF jobs program in the North, the HSD MOU will be changed and a new MOU with NMSU will be needed.
   
   
8. Integration Planning
   With the execution of the DWS memorandum, integration meetings have begun in Santa Fe. This is an update from SER's Santa Fe One Stop Manager.
